ABOUT THE PUBLISHER

Clear research.
Your next step.

Settlefy publishes public litigation research and provides optional private preparation tools. It is not a law firm, medical provider or settlement administrator.

What you can do here

Browse federal MDL records, inspect linked court material, read a case roadmap, download a Markdown brief and organize questions for professional review. Members can separately opt into a private case radar and an OPHealth selected-record connection.

Who publishes the material?

The material is published under the Settlefy name. Automated public-source collection, text extraction and editorial preparation support the library. The site does not claim that its case summaries, draft screening maps or care pathways have attorney or clinician approval. It does not publish individual experts’ credentials or imply expert review where none has been completed.

Our source and correction process

Research pages distinguish retrieved material, alternate court-text access and source gaps. They identify dated index records and the limits of source monitoring. For a correction, send the page URL, the factual issue and an official source to brett@meta.clinic. Do not include medical records, passwords or incident details in email.

Research and care remain separate

A court allegation is not a diagnosis. General care links are not confirmed appointments, and an imported record is not an eligibility decision. No participating firm receives answers through an automatic referral. Any future handoff must identify the recipient and request a separate authorized choice.
