TRACE EVERY CLAIM ABOUT OUR RESEARCH
Sources first.
Gaps in the open.
Settlefy uses dated federal court records for public research. Retrieval, editorial synthesis, clinical review and legal eligibility are different steps.
What is the directory’s source?
The directory follows a validated Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation pending report. Its title, MDL number, district, judge and master docket fields are index metadata. Missing fields remain missing. A pending entry does not establish centralization status, an open settlement, current intake or individual eligibility.

- Retrieved document
- A public source was downloaded and text-extracted, with a content hash and retrieval time. PDF inspection may cover only the first eight pages. Retrieval is not legal approval.
- Court text accessible through a research browser
- Public court text was accessible through the research browser when a direct download was not verified. No file-byte hash is invented.
- Source discovered
- An official link was found, but direct retrieval or a full review has not been completed.
- Research gap
- The page remains an index-level brief. It can help a person locate the source and prepare questions, but its allegations or current procedural posture should not be treated as established.
Which dates mean what?
The report date belongs to the index. A document’s filing date belongs to that document. A retrieval date records when a copy was checked. The editorial edition dates the research brief. An unchanged scheduled source check does not make an old court order new, and it does not change the article’s modification date merely to make it appear fresh.
What updates automatically?
Public monitoring checks the JPML directory and the configured GLP-1 and AFFF court pages every six hours. Most case pages have directory-only monitoring. New validated directory records can receive index-level pages, but this does not create approved clinical or legal rules. The in-page source feed refreshes every minute while open. Personal radar collection is separately opt-in.
How are case answers and care information prepared?
Plain-language overviews cite supporting court material when reviewed. Other pages retain an index-level explanation and visible source limits. General care information links primary public-health or regulator resources, but it does not establish product-specific causation, interpret a person’s records, recommend testing or treatment, or confirm provider availability.
Is there attorney or clinical approval?
No Settlefy screening map currently has counsel and clinical approval. Draft preparation questions are not eligibility rules. A relevant phrase in an OPHealth record remains an unconfirmed passage for review; it does not fill survey answers or create a diagnosis.
How are corrections handled?
Send the page URL, correction and official supporting source to brett@meta.clinic. Please keep the request general and do not email private health or incident information. Source changes and corrections should be reflected in the research record before a new editorial approval is claimed.
