OPHealth Records and Private Claim Preparation

Settlefy’s optional OPHealth connection copies only the supported records a user selects and authorizes. It does not grant an ongoing OPHealth session, book care, decide eligibility or send records to a lawyer.

Which records can be imported?

The connection supports up to 25 recent signed clinical reports and 25 saved measurements from the signed-in OPHealth patient’s own account. Oversized reports and other record types are omitted. Users can review the contents and select individual items before approving the copy.

Does pairing mean continuous medical monitoring?

No. The current connection creates a one-time copy. A fresh OPHealth copy requires a new user-approved import. Background radar checks use saved case interests and public court events, not continuous access to a medical chart.

What do record clues mean?

A separate opt-in allows transparent term matching in selected signed-report text while using the private radar. It surfaces passages for review against a draft preparation map. A phrase does not establish medicine use, a diagnosis, causation or eligibility; measurements are not interpreted and no external generative AI receives records.

Can a lawyer or care provider receive the copy?

Not through this connection. The current import is for private review in the user’s Settlefy account. A future clinical or legal handoff would need its own defined recipient, information selection and authorization. Signing in or following a case is not that permission.

How can the copy be removed?

The imported-record controls remove the Settlefy copy, and deleting the account also removes it. Deleting a saved survey profile alone does not delete medical imports. Original OPHealth records and provider-managed backups are separate.
